Summer is a good time for us, at PaleBlue, to get a hold of the latest news and innovations in the industries our products portfolio addresses.
Another event that we were a part of was the HydroVision International exhibition, on July 23-25, in Portland, Oregon. With 250+ exhibiting companies and over 3000 attendees, this show is the largest worldwide gathering of hydro professionals.
PaleBlue would like to especially thank AUS Diving (Associated Underwater Services) for partnering up and exhibiting together at the event.
One goal this exposition had was to offer visitors a chance of hands-on experience. We too believe that there is no better way to check on users’ expectations than having them try out the application.
To facilitate the understanding of how our hydro-related product, VR Diver, can change the training of divers, the PaleBlue booth had one roll-up, 2 monitors for screencasting and an Oculus Quest headset. It is important for us to keep up with the latest VR trends, therefore having our application running on Quest was a natural move.
Most visitors were representatives of both USA and Canada. However, we also had representatives of various international companies checking out on our booth.
Many of them wanted to try out themselves our application, especially after watching the 3-minute video we put up for this show. They were all impressed by the whole experience’s realism and by the extent they can go to with their multi-user training sessions in VR Diver.
We are highly appreciative of having the chance to see what the hydro industry has been up to. PaleBlue will continue to expand the solutions that help hydro professionals in their tasks today.
