PaleBlue ROV Trainer version 2.0 is released. This is a major milestone, adding a wide array of features to the world’s most modern ROV simulator.

This software simulation system now supports small ROVs in the same software package, opening a lot of opportunities in training for not just the Work Class, but also the much more popular Small ROV Class.

Controllers support has been greatly extended. Users can connect any USB controller and map it to the functions as desired. This allows building simulator setups, completely customizing what an ROV station looks like.

Two scenarios are added: pipeline inspection with boom cameras, and inspections in port. The update also features a new configuration interface for scenario configuration and screen layout configuration for applicable editions.

PaleBlue ROV Trainer simulator is IMCA Class A-ready. Schools and organizations running it can achieve IMCA Class A accreditation through a process with IMCA.
