PaleBlue has been honored with Saudi Aramco’s Recognition Award for Outstanding Achievement during the SkillUp 2025 Conference & Expo, held in Dhahran.

At the event organized by Aramco’s TSPA (Training Services Professional Academy), PaleBlue showcased its latest innovations in personnel training and upskilling – including immersive VR/XR solutions, screen-based gamification, handheld robotics control, and the PaleBlue ROV Trainer simulator station.

Over the years, PaleBlue has been delivering advanced training solutions to Saudi Aramco. The award, presented for the demonstrated solutions, highlights the strong alignment between the two organizations in leveraging technology to empower workforce learning and development.

The Aramco management committee, led by Khalid Al Qahtani, SVP of Engineering Services, visited PaleBlue’s booth to discuss training methodologies – covering hands-on operations as well as equipment and machinery control through virtual and simulated environments.

PaleBlue CEO Dr. Felix Horn also participated in a panel discussion titled “The Future of Work”, alongside experts Dr. Soloman Almadi, Frans Dagelet, and Theodor Panayotov. The panel explored the evolving landscape of upskilling – from organizational strategies to enabling technologies such as AI, XR, and simulation.
